In 2018, one of the most common questions that people ask when thinking about retirement savings is how they can fund their retirement with an investment fund.
But according to data from investment advisor Roperhood Mutual Funds, investors are far more likely to choose funds that focus on the “real estate” industry, where the returns are better than the returns in the other industries.
As a result, it’s possible to fund your retirement with a fund that focuses on a specific sector of the economy.
But is there a better way to invest?
According to Roperkind, this isn’t about which fund is better, but rather which fund offers better value.
And what makes a good investment?
“There are a lot of different ways to fund an investment, and each is good at different things,” Ropertown Managing Director James D. Miller said.
“A good portfolio is one that has a mix of low-risk, high-reward assets.”
But it’s important to understand the different types of assets that are included in an investment portfolio, and to be able to weigh the pros and cons of each type of asset.
“The way you want to look at the portfolio is how much are you going to need to keep in case you lose your job?”

And while it may seem like a good idea to put your money in an insurance company or pension fund, that doesn’t mean that’s the only way to make an investment.
“If the fund invests a lot in real estate, that could be an investment that could potentially be better,” Miller said, adding that an investment in a real estate fund could also be a better fit for people who live in more remote locations.
Investment in a local real estate firm like Rovers Hood, for example, could be better for the average householder who needs to pay for their rent, and can’t take on extra mortgage payments, he said.
The Roperoods are currently offering a variety of real estate investments including property, condominiums, apartments and townhouses.
